    Clarify "fail to open"?

    Some general possibilities are:
    1. BIOS boot order does not include CD drive.
    2. Booting removable devices not enabled in BIOS.
    3. Bad disc.
    4. Bad drive.
    5. Real mode CD-Rom driver not loaded (older O/S).

    Some general possibilities are:

    1. Power cable should be connected properly.
    2. Bad drive,(Might be problem with your Eject roller).
    3. CD-Rom driver should be installed in proper way.
    4. Checked the BIOS setting, boot order priority should be first.
