Violation of 1st and 4th Amendments by police and secret service?
"An Oklahoma City police officer wrongly pulled over a man last week and confiscated an anti-President Barack Obama sign the man had on his vehicle.

"The officer misinterpreted the sign as threatening, said Capt. Steve McCool, of the Oklahoma City Police Department, and took the sign, which read 'Abort Obama, not the unborn.'" http://www.newsok.com/okc-officer-pu...adlines_widget

WOW... give him his sign back, then leave him alone.
One persons threat is another persons freedom of speech. Should he use his lawyer to make sure this doesn't happen? Yes... should he get a lawyer to sue for monetary reasons? NO!
