    Smell in Basement
    I have a smell that smells like cat urine in that basement that is permeating into the house, I do not own a cat. Do you know what else could be causing such a foul odor

    I would say that the previous owner had a cat. That's a smell that won't leave unless you paint "Killz" on it- walls and floors.
