    Can't run Quicktime and Itunes on Laptop
    Hi anyone,
    I have problem running Quicktime and Itunes softwares on my laptops even though I download and run the setups on my laptop, they still won't work. Can anyone help. I have an urgent need for the quicktime software for my animation school project:o.

    Are your firewall setting set up to allow them to work?

    I'm not sure even sure if I have firewall setup or not and how to set them up to make these software run.
    How do I check if I have firewall or not?

    Control panel-security-allow program through windows firewall
