I'm not going to tell you the answer, I'm going to tell you how to do it yourself.
    So you have (48/n + 3) (n -2) = 48 + 22

First you want to combine like terms (48+22=70)
Now multiply the right bit (so (48/n+3)(n-2) = (48n-96)/(n+3)
Now because n+3 is in the denomenator multipy both sides by n+3 this cancels out the denomenator and you end up with 48n-96=70n+210
now solve for n,add 96 on both sides so 48n=70n+306 now subtract 70n from both sides so you get -22n=306 now divide by -22 to get the answer.

Just rember to do the same thing on both sides and you'll be fine!
