I would start by checking your electric heating element inside the dryer. They are usually the weak link that leads to your problem.

Ok so I pulled the heating element and checked it for continuity. It tests fine. Any other suggestions? I can add that it has not been drying so well over the past few months then the other day just lost all heat. I have also checked for air flow to the outside and it tests strong so no blockage.

There are limit controls and operating thermostats (thermal disc's)that look like metal disc's. They can be checked as well as the timer and the heat relay if so equipped. I do not have a book on that model so I cannot tell you what the exact content of the machine is in regards to the number and locations of the items. In Sears/Whirlpool units I have replaced many heat relay in the past.
