Where is he paying his support to:
Does the child support agreement not say they are not notify of move.
How much was he calling and visiting before they moved, did the children not mention they were moving. Or he see boxes packed on his last visit.

But he can contact the court and see where they are sending the money.

If he pays child support then Friend of the Court will have their current address otherwise she won't get support. He legally can obtain the information from them but it might be hard depending on the case supporter.

As FrChuck said, where is the child support being paid? You can go back to the Court that issued the support Order and unless there's some sort of Order of Protection the Court will schedule a Hearing. Let them find the "ex's" current address.

If you don't want to do that, hire a Licensed Private Investigator to locate the "ex."

First paying child support and having visitation are separate things and courts treat them separately. So the fact that he pays support does not entitle him to visitation, or vice versa.

So the key issue here is whether there is a visitation order in place. If there is an order that says he gets to see the kids for x amount of time and the mother has made this imppossible, then he simple goes back to court and ask that the visitation order be enforced.

If the mother refuses she will be found in contempt of court and fined or jailed.
