Are you sure the first script reads OS -100?
Your vision got worse by about a 25% change in focal length.
From 0.393" to 0.524"
I don't buy the -100 to +75 change.
The other numbers are for Astigmatism corrections. OD is right eye and OS is for the left eye.
The script is written in Diopters and 1/D = focal length in meters. So, convert 1/75 and 1/100 meters to inches.
A minus is nearsighted and a plus is farsighted.

Yes, your vision can change large amounts over 2 years, in fact that is why they want you to have it checked at least once a year.

That prescription needs to be transposed. And once it is, your vision hasn't changed too much.
If your sphere is a plus and your astigmatism is as well, then its written to be transposed. So, your vision hasn't changed more than a quarter diopter, and that's not bad AT ALL. That's a minimal change.
