Does anyone have problems with all-spy.com?
I downloaded all-spy.com a few months ago. I had problems with someone looking porn up on the computer which is a nightmare in itself with all the virus/spywares that they carry. All-spy is a keylogger program that also traces all websites and applications that had been running. I thought it was great to begin with. I have a had a few problems with it and needed to reinstall the program a couple of times. Well last night - it was just my husband and myself home - kids were at friends houses. I happen to wake up in the middle of the night and went to the kitchen when I seen my computer had two file windows open. One said ntsuser and the other file said REPS which contained all the all-spy archived folders with all the information saved. I tried to launch the program by control/alt/shift and my certain letter I chose to open it with. It would no longer open it. I went and downloaded it again. There was nothing saved from midnight to 2:30 when I had found it like that. There had been no one on the computer past 10:30 last night. When I put the program in stealth mode, it would no longer work - and I could not get it to reload. I am afraid someone may have hacked into my computer and got that information. Information when I logged into my bank account - etc. I went back and looked and found that my firewall had been shut off as well. I since then turned it back on but all-spy still is not responding and opening for me. I use XP with Mcafee as our virus scanner. We have Exterminate It! And it's all worked fine up until last night for some reason. Do I need to go through the process and change all my passwords or reinstall windows to start back fresh? I have just bought an external hard drive that I can back up all my pictures on so it wouldn't bother me to reinstall windows at this point. I am just worried that all-spy.com is not a reputable company and that they are screwing people to buy their product so they in return can steal your information. I have not read anything bad about that program ot website. I did research before finally purchasing a keylogger program. If any one has any ideas or insight on the program I'd be totally grateful!

Why not just turn it off altogether at night?

Have you also turned off the remote access as well? You need to do this otherwise someone can and will access your computer.

I've never had anyone just "access" my computer and it's on 24/7 as I download stuff like movies, etc.

What IP provider to you use? Are you DSL or dial up?

We have cable as our means of internet. I try to generally shut it down at night - but sometimes we go to bed before the kids and they do not shut it down always. I had remote access opened at one point. I believe I have shut it back off - it was opened about 6 months ago when I was connected to Dell for some support.
