Your employer is responsible for preparing the W2's. Ask your employer. There is no main website where W2's are posted.

Ok, the IRS does not do your W2, the companies you worked for makes them up. So most just mail them to you, Some places put thiers online. So you call your HR department at work and ask them if they are going to have them online and when will they be posting them.
