    Filling with no income
    If I had no income besides child support do I still file for the child credit as well as the stimulus package?

    You MAY be able to file to get the Stimulus Rebate, bit you CANNOT get neither the Child Tax Credit nor the Earned Income Credit if you have NO earned income.
