    Yoga?
    I'm planning on doing a lot of yoga (I just got wii fit) and I was just wondering will yoga help my height increase? :confused:

    Your height is determined by your genetics, not by exercise.

    Do it anyway... it is good for you and the better posture will give you the appearance of a slight increase.
