Export them.. save them to the memory stick... then you can load them and import them.

    Which browser?

Most have the option to export them.

    On source PC (or Mac):

    Bookmarks>Organize bookmarks...
Import and Backup>Backup... (backup to memory stick)

    On target PC:

    Restore>Choose file...
