    Open an Internet Explorer window on your computer.

    Type in http://192.168.2.1 in the address bar.

    This will take you to the Belkin router's Web based Configuration page.

    You will get a login page. Leave the password blank and click Submit .

    As I stated I do not use belkin routers so that is as far as I can take you. You may want to call belkin to see if they can take you through the allow/block list for private ips.
