Ceiling fan 5A00007 Model # AC-552 blade part replacement.
I am looking for a black piece of hardware that attaches the blade to the motor of a peach coloured five-blade fan with four lights. The number found on the fan is 5A00007Model #AC-552 manufactured in May 1989. Is it possible to purchase this part and where can I find it?

Normally I would suggest you call Hampton Bay directly, their number is on our sticky. You can still try that. But I believe I know the fan you are speaking of and it is pretty generic. I might have a set of irons for one. Send me a picture of yours to confirm.

That's the one. You can buy mine, they may need some fresh paint, or you can try the other sources :)

$20 for the set of five, plus shipping. Is that fair?

    Hello,

Your price seems fair providing they are in good condition. Would you mail the set, C.O.D. to :

    Thank you.

They may be scratched and need a coat of paint, however they are physically intact.

I don't do COD. I can accept money order or PayPal. Is that OK?

I have a problem. I do not understand why you cannot do C.O.D. I am a senior with reduced mobility and money order means a trip to a post office... I am not familiar with Pay Pal. I like my old fan. Please reconsider.

I've never done COD and don't know anything about it. I can look into it.

Keep in mind me learning about COD is about the same as you learning about PayPal.
