    Parking tickets
Is there a statue of limitations on non-moving violations? I have been told that there is a SOL on anything except murder, I am talking about parking tickets that are 15 years old. Thank you:

You misunderstand what a statute of limitations is. An SOL states the amount of time between the commission of an offense and when legal proceedings need to be started. Since a parking ticket is a summons to appear before court, the legal process starts almost immediately. Therefore, an SOL wouldn't apply.

If you didn't pay the tickets, then you owe them the same as any debt and a debt never expires.
