    Can you tell me if an american citizen has to pay p t a I am in contact with a lady in england claims to live in California but refuses to tell me an address in the states but said she is coming back but needs 750 pound as she has two children 3 and six that is why the airline insists I think I am getting scammed but want to know the truth can someone help thanks

    I'm a Lufthansa Pilot... It's never a scam, the money is needed in-case any thing went wrong before we get to the final stage and I am talking from the Experience... This money is not a money the passenger will spend! Let's take it for example, if you send 2500 Pound to the Person in England... The money will be returned back to the person that sent it. So Immigration experst from Carlifornia, you better next time talk or contribute to what you don't know.

    This is Martin, a British Airways Pilot... It's not a scam and immigration experts and Canadian Experts are just deceiving people... It is what I know... The money is only going to be with the traveler and if he / she borrow it, he / she will return it to the person that gave him or borrow him and the BTA in London now is £1500... God bless Queen Elizabeth, God bless Britain and everybody!

    Bristh Expert... It's not a scam here in UK. Real and your money will be return back to you once the passenger or traveler get to you.
