    Degree misdemeanor of a falsification charge in Ohio
    My charge was falsification in Ohio. I don't know what degree of misdemeanor it is. Will you tell me.

    In the State of Ohio falsification is a 1st degree misdemeanor. This is punishable up to 6 months in jail, and or a $1,000.00 fine.
