Below is an example of an ad that I keep "chasing away".

I put 7lies.org on the competitive ad filter, but it's still there.

This is no doubt due to one of two things:

1. The actual link for that ad is to

... so my questions are:

1. Is having 7lies.org on my competitive ad filter useless?
2. To stop this ad from running, do I need to put both hypertracker.com AND tannah.net on my competitive ad filter?
