How can Seinfeld not make your list? That show is sooooo funny.

    House?

Don't get me wrong, I love House. Hugh Laurie is a very funny actor. But House for the most part is not a comedy show.

    1. Richard van Dyke Show (Sorry; actual name got bleeped)
    2. M*A*S*H
    3. Laugh-In
    4. All In the Family
    5. Cosby Show (Huxtables)
    6. Mary Tyler Moore Show
    7. Addams Family

M*A*S*H,an amazing show, which I believe, was supposed to be set in South Korea, but as the show progressed, turned out to be more like a Vietnam medical unit?

Did you know that Alan Alda insisted that the "canned-laughter" was turned-off for a UK audience? Hooray, the BBC agreed with him. ;)
