When did your dad become a US citizen? At that time, how old were you?

If your father already naturalized and petitioned you, you are not a US citizen but you are eligible to apply for naturalization after 5 years from the date you first obtained your green card.

Submit form N-400, follow instructions on the form. If you have any criminal record, or DUI, or failed to register Selective Service, do not proceed on your own, consult immigration attorney.
