    Windows XP Keeps Restarting; Won't Turn On
    My sisters Windows XP Keeps Restarting itself... and a blue screen pops up... and goes away... soo fast I can'y read it

    I NEED HELP PLEASE :(

    Sounds like you need to reinstall the OS
