    Commercial construction bidding
I am currently getting in to commercial construction. I wanted to see if there is any way to figure a job of the scale by the square footage. Thank you

I built for almost 30 yrs, and have estimated commercial jobs.
It is hard to bid based just on sq ft prices, but you can do some quick calculations that way just for ballpark purposes.
Most larger commercial jobs have an exact bid date and time and subs will want to wait until an hour before the bid is due to fax a bid in, and you have to assemble all the info and submit a total bid as a general.

    Good luck Roger

Hello... my name is Dan and I've just recently decided on going into business for myself. I've decided that commercial pressure washing is what I want to do but I'm not sure how to bid on the job. Is there a certain formula to use concerning the amount of money to charge?
