    How to get into a Maytag dryer MD5500
    Have a loose paddle inside drum and need to open dryer and access outer part of drum...

    Hi,
    You should be able to gently pry the top part of the dryer open. If not there should be some screws inside the front door that can be removed so the front can be slid up and off.
