Id have to say anchorage,Alaska. Summer can get into the mid 70's... sunny warm. Winter... can get down to -30 or more.
    But avg temps:
Alaska: summer mid to high 60's... winter 8, 9 degrees (F)
India... avgs 80+ all year for highs.
Phili: mid 80's summer, 20's winter

The farther from the equator, the wider the range of temperatures, aside from things like geothermal energy, warm ocean currents, etc. correct?
