    Statement of cash flow
    If its stated that " $40,000 stock dividend was declared and issued during the year", does it mean the company already paid the dividend?

    Statement of cash flow is too complicated :confused:

    Not necessary.we cannot say exactly whether it has been paid or not. This may be a case of outstanding dividend to be paid in the next reporting period.
