Ug I have had a heck of a time with my wireless mouse.. I have to turn off the computer, wiggle the wire in the port and reprogram it often... Is it the kind that you have to push a button on the receiver and then push the button on the bottom of the mouse? If so you may have to keep trying to program it, make sure there is nothing in the way of your receiver. Also make sure the batteries are fresh and when you do get it to work, change the batteries before they go completely dead. You may have to uninstall your old mouse software and reinstall the wireless software.
