Unable to start 2006 Honda Civic
Problem began without warning - when turning key, instrument cluster flickers (lights are bright when flickering), auto windows intermittently work, radio doesn't, a/c doesn't. Engine starter doesn't engage. Any thoughts?

. Ensure battery is fully charged.
. Check all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter.
    . Check ignition switch/harness.

My 2006 Honda Civic EX won't start. I can turn on the headlights and unlock the doors using the "automatic" key and also use the power windows, so I don't think it's the battery, but... The car has been working just fine since I bought it last year. Any ideas?
