Well I am trying to buy a tennis racquet but I am not sure which one I choose like these...
Explain them please.. And also is there a easy way to find out the tennis grip size.

You have to go to a store and try one that feels comfortable. Grip are all the same, sizes are regulation. I would suggest you not spend too much money to start and buy a racquet that is basically all purpose.
