    Travel to Canada
    I am a Canadian,living in the U.S. with a permanent residence card.Do I need a passport to go back into Canadato visit, And if so how do I get one.

    No you do not.

    Birth Certificate or your Residence Card, plus a photo id card will be sufficient.

    Keep in mind the new rules that are coming into affect:
    As of Jan 1, 2007, passport will be needed for all sea and air travel
    As of Jan 1, 2008, passport will be needed for all land travel


    As a dual citizen, I do not know how the laws would affect you, but my guess would be that it will still apply.

    Either way, as of now, you do not need a passport.
