    Using your years of expereince working for other firms, knowing the amount of time it will take for specific jobs and duties, With the knowledge of the products it will take and the equipment it will take.

    Then you take that time and figure what hired help you will need, and esp the overhead costs, the costs of unemployment insurance, the cost of the social security tax owed for employees

    For your labor for yourself working, you remember that you will be paying self employment taxes on top of the other taxes due on your profits.

    Using all of those figures, you est the cost of the cleaning job.
