How long has it been ? Your state has to approve and then a request is sent to the other state for approval. Has it been over 8 weeks??

It may not even be off the PO desk in two days, I have seen two months to be happen. It has to go to the PO's supervisor along with a report by the PO, and if they recommend a OK for the judges office to sign, after than, it comes back to be sent to a PO office in the area you want to go.
After they receive the paperwork, they process it, and get it signed,

Two days?? Sorry, really I doubt it is even reviewed in the PO office yet.

Something like this can take weeks or months. Don't expect them to drop everything just for you to do the paperwork. Give them some time to review this matter.
