    Traveling within the US
    Can someone travel within the united stated on their passport even tho they over stayed their visit in the united stated? Without getting deported?

    This could be risky. I have seen people being escorted by immigration officers at the airport a few times. It may not be all... but better drive or take buses, etc.

    Yes they can drive, take the bus, but when they fly they are subject to a background check on the computer system
