    Can I paint my vinyl pool liner?
    My liner in my above-ground pool has a black ring around the top. We can't clean it off... so I was wondering if I could paint it? :o

    Nope, you will not get paint to stick on vinyl at the water line. Try using a dilute Muriatic acid mixture with a brush and gloves.
