    Block MSN Messenger
Does anyone know how to stop MSN messenger from working on a PC? I have found many articles that say they can stop it but they only seem to stop Windows Messenger. I know I can just uninstall it but then it can just as easily be re-installed. I would also prefer to be able to block it without having to create a limited user account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't worry guys I found a way using gpedit.msc. Open gpedit.msc from start->run then go into user configuration->Administrative Templates->system->Don't Run Specified Windows Programs then just add msnmsgr.exe to the list of programs not to run and there you go. No more MSN.
