    Probation violation
    If my girlfriend run away from her house and she didn't report to her parent that she is not coming home and come to my house and stay there for the intire day time passes and her mom call saying if she is there with me I tell no so she calls the cops. The cop come and she doesn't want to turn her in numerous reason she get arrested they talk to her an refuse to turn her self in so she get taken to juvy and I'm in probation but would that interfere with my probation officer.

    It could if she is under 16 or 18 depending what state you are in because her mother could claim you were harboring a runaway minor.

    If your girlfriend is a minor, yes, if her mom calls the cop, and you have her at your home, you can go to jail just for this, if you are on probation, you can be revolked.

    You need to tell your PO immediately about the police agency contact or you could be in violation if you do not tell them.
