    Medical Savings Accounts
    I would like to know if MSA's are worth considering. I am self employed with a wife and 2 children living in NYC. Thanks

    Medical savings accounts are definitely worth a look but you might benefit more from a HSA or Health Savings Account because the contributions can be carried over from one year to the next.
