    This is what I found and it says it is. Shrimp Cholesterol - Is shrimp safe for a cholesterol sufferer?
    Also make sure that it is not cooked in high cholestrol fats.
    Also remember there are good fats and bad fats. The more you use the good fats over the bad ones is important.
