Unless you are very good with software, you don't.

Impossible unless you are very very good with a computer. If you really want to know where people have been, buy a key logger. Make sure it's not free, free key loggers are a disaster waiting to be downloaded.

I have a free key logger and it has caused me no problems so far. You probably will not be able to view it unless you are really good with computers. I cannot view mine even though I know it hasn't been deleted!
