    I called Kenmore and got a very fast response 1-888-KENMORE

    Your dryer was made in 1998 so it must be ten years old

    This was a very pleasant experience -- compared to previous

    Calls to Sears -- Most of the time you play phone tag or get

    Transferred from one department to the next -- then just give up!!
