As long as your not 6 inches... lol., try omega 3 fatty acids foods like tuna, salmon, flax, walnuts, lean meats, skinless poultry, nuts, seeds, legumes, chickpeas, kidney beans, peanut butter, omlets, with cheese, whole grain cereals, rice pasta, breads, granola, bagels, cornbread. Veggies like avacodos, olives, potatoes, peas, corn, squash, And Fruits, like canned fruits in syrup, dried fuits and fruit nectars. Protein powders, supplements, Nutritional supplements, products like carnation instant breakfast with each meal, or shakes. Vitamins and minerals every day. And use milk instead of water in soups, cereals sauces. Add beans, cheese to casseroles, pasta, side dishes, Add some healthy carbs to each meal like fruits, veggies, whole grains, oilive oil, honey, jam, soy proten powder. Just stay away from junk foods, too much saturated fat and trans. What you need to do is add 300-500 calories a day to your normal intake, and that means 3 large snacks, and 3 large meals a day!
