Kenmore 70 series dryer won't heat.
All the tests I can come up with: power to, and through all the switches and thermostats seems to test as good. But the timer motor resistance check shows out or range on my meter when the timer is turned to any "On" position. A recent house guest (my son) rotated the timer counter-clockwise while the unit was running. Did he kill it? Or is there something I missed.
I have the schematic and a Fluke 87 Series V meter (and I know how to use both)
I just am totally not familiar with appliantology! Any help would be appreciated.

I think your timer motor needs changed if everything else checked out okay. Dryers don't really have that many parts that burn out. The timer motor is a favorite one to go. You tested everything okay and it all checked out. Just think of it like a car. It's not that complicated a machine.
