    2 ways
Either Tools > Internet options > then delete files, cookies and clear history.
    Or
Download Ccleaner and it does it for you as well as deleting all the temp files on your computer.

    Hi,
CurlyBen has two very good options.
I personally use Ccleaner; from http://www.ccleaner.com
With just two clicks, it will clean history, cache, cookies (you can save your favorite cookies also), URL's, temp files, junk files, clipboard, and will also clean out unused or not need Registry entries.
It's free, and is really good. better than the windows Disk Cleaner.
Best of luck, and hang in there with your computer... you will learn more every time you turn it on!
