    Empirical Formula
    When I write an empirical formula, sometimes I have 1.5 of C for example, do I put it 1 or 2

    I 'm not sure I quiet understand the question. Are you asking if you should round the number? You definitely cannot do this, if you want a whole number double it and double the other atoms involved as well.
