    Can a credit company attach your social security disability check?

    Hello pamster,
    No a credit card company cannot attach your check. Social security checks are exempt from wage attachment. A judgement entered against you could cause your bank account to be frozen and then you would have to prove that the funds are from social security and are exempt.
