Old movie - were almost there - love story
    Hi

I'm looking to find the name of an old (early 1960's) with the song chorus "Were almost there. were almost there...".

Love story from my recollections. The couple go to some house in the woods? Somwehere/sometime. They cook a chick which goes flying off..

I think she dies, he cries. Very sad... That's about all my memory can bring back right now.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Please, can someone tell me if it's possible to write a "story" in the present or future tense. It might seem like an odd question but I won't say more until I get a response. Thanks, Dragn ::)
