    Moving drain hole in a shower
    I am replacing a tub with a shower pan, the hole needs to be moved 14 inches. This is a slab foundation. Thanks Jesse

    Jackhammer the floor and move plumbing, once in position refill hole and the new shower should cover repair to floor. A bit more prep is req but that is the way you have to do it, you don't mention if you are going to do it yourself or have plumber do it for you.

    Jesse, did you know most companies that make shower pans have a special one for swapping a shower for a tub. I use Swanstone quite a bit and they call their a retro. Swanstone Shower Floor - Veritek - Shower Tray - FR-3260R 32 D x 60 W
