    Can't be done. There is no compiler that makes a stand alone executable from an Access program. The best you can do is get the Developer's Extensions for your version of Office. This includes a run time version of Access that can be distributed freely to users and can run your Access apps.

    I would however, convert them to MDE format before distributing.
