Hello I would like to know how to translate my daughters names into sanskrit

Please make sure to explain how the name is pronounced (as proza has done).

Shiama in Sanskrit:-
I am assuming that this is pronounced like
Shi-yaa-maa
(Note: I of shi is a short I)
If this is how you pronounce, then Shiama is written like
If not, let me know how it is pronounced.
