    Reworked material work instructions
    I am new to quality and I need to write a work instruction for reworked material , I am not sure of how to do this?:confused:

    Not a QC guy but to clarify the question...

    Are you writing the instruction for actually reworking the material? Inspection of reworked material? Or is this a process where the worker does self inspection as it is reworked so it is a combination of processes , so to speak.

    Very simple. Just write down what your company practice now. The format you can use the same as your working instruction
